Zapier
Zapier enables seamless connectivity between Lantern and over 2,000 other web services. With automated workflows, known as Zaps, you can link your Lantern quizzes to a vast array of tools without needing any coding expertise. These connections help you streamline your operations, leveraging quiz data to trigger personalized actions across different platforms.
Each Zap starts with a Trigger from Lantern – such as a completed quiz or a new lead – which then initiates one or more Actions in other applications like email, SMS, or CRM systems, allowing you to utilize quiz insights effectively and automate follow-up processes.
Integrate Lantern with Zapier:
- Sign up for a free Zapier account at Zapier.com/sign-up or login in your existing account. Note! If you are currently using Lantern and want to integrate with Zapier you can do so from your Zapier account dashboard directly, you don’t necessarily need to have the Zapier app installed in your Shopify store.
- Navigate to "My Apps" from the side menu bar and search for Lantern in the App search bar. You will see Lantern as a result and you can click Connect to start the integration process.
- A pop-up window will open in which you need to input your Store/Lantern information like in the screenshot below
- Visit your store and input your Shopify store URL, more specifically the Name to Copy part from your URL https://[NAME TO COPY].myshopfy.com
- The API Key you can find under the Integrations tab in Lantern. Click on the API Key code to copy it to clipboard and paste it in the Pop-up window. Note! Never share your API Key this should remain a secret for your store use.
- With the information pasted in the Zapier Pop-up window you can now click "Yes, continue to Lantern"
- After this you will be able to see your newly set Integration with Lantern in Zapier
- Lantern will be visible in your Apps tabs with a 1 for integrations and to start with 0 Zaps.
Note! You will not see a Connected badge in Lantern Integrations so you should confirm the successful integration from the Zapier Dashboard since this confirmation is made on that end.
Now the integration is complete and to take full advantage of what you can do with Zapier using Lantern quizzes start creating Zaps for a fully automated process using quiz data.
