Can I get a refund if I haven’t used the app in a few months?
Regardless of whether a quiz is actively used, our subscription charges apply after the 14-day free trial period to ensure access to all features and support.
We understand that things happen, and you may not have actively used the app. In line with our policy, we are able to refund the most recent month’s usage, pending approval from our accounts department.
If you cancel your subscription midway through a billing cycle, you will receive a final bill for that cycle. However, we may be able to issue app credits to cover the final bill, pending approval from our accounts department.
Refunds and app credits are processed once they are approved by our accounts department. Please allow a few days for the approval and processing.
